PNGs with alpha channel transparent backgrounds out of JPGs, e.g. a photo of a USB connector, and a pretty much white background. 2. icons, both PNG and ico that don't look like they came from a pong game presuming I have minimal artistic skill, perhaps some tool that can start with photos and abstract from there, or let you build out of mini elements.
