Does anyone have the CD that comes with this book -
'OO Programming with JAVA second edition by Holmes/Joyce' ?
I bought a copy on Ebay and it turned out to be sans-CD

Awwwww come on someone must have the CD cover disk to this one.
This aint piracy, I have the book, the content is supposed to be on the
website but it aint.
The publisheres don't want to even talk to someone with a second-hand copy.
I've even tried buying a second copy with a CD but they aren't interested in
just shipping the CD for the same price!
