I want to select an item from the toolbar and drag into a specific line (say line x) in a text area which is having some text in it.The moment I am dragging it, a pop up dialog box will prompt me to add in some text. When I click OK, this text should go exactly into the line where I pointed before, i.e at line number x. Any idea anyone have, on how to achieve this? Any open source IDEs with this capability ? Please help, thanks.
