[EVALUATION] - E10 - Summary: NetBeans is NOT open source, Sun is...

"
Finally, Sun Microsystems seems to be somehow really extra-ordinary.

Some uncommon definitions of its executive roles / units.

CEO = Chief Extra Ordinary
COO = Chief Opportunism Officer
BOD = Board of Defenders

If you are wondering, why the OSI (Open Source Initiative) does not
anything against Sun/NetBeans, take a look on their Board Of Directors:

http://opensource.org/docs/board.php

[Hint: Danese Cooper (Sun Microsystems)]

-

The OSD (Open Source Definition) is a _definition_.

The _definition_ about "OPEN SOURCE" (Point 2) _requires_ _all_ sources
to be open.

http://opensource.org/docs/definition.php

[don't fall into the trap with the libraries. A definition is a definition]

Until the OSI does not clarify its position by adding a part to the
_definition_ which clarifies "how much closed can contain an open source
application", you can savely ignored the institution "OSI".

[I've added this here, cause the OSI is not worth a seperate evaluation.
A little closed converstation with the board has shown the liberal
qualities of the people there: they are not existent.]

Are you human, or are you a program designed to annoy me?
