I downloaded the binary distribution of ant from http://ant.apache.org/bindownload.cgi I installed as directed. My path and ant_home variables seem to be set correctly. When I try to run it by entering "ant -v", I get the following message: Apache Ant version 1.6.2 compiled on July 16 2004 Buildfile: build.xml does not exist! Build failed I searched for the file build.xml and it indeed does not exist. I'm sure I'm just missing something really dumb and obvious, but please help me anyway!
