Guest Posted: Wed Dec 27, 2006 8:10 am    Post subject: Long time to open IE and OE I have installed Java SE runtime env 6 from an earlier version of Java. Is this the right programme for a normal user to install? I find since installing it that IE and OE take an awful long time to open up and I think it must be this new installation. I am running XP Home on a Pentium D machine. Any help please? TIA B.W.
