I am using Oracle 10g as back end specifically Oracle Toad 8 for handling db. I am using Eclipse BIRT ( business intelligent reporting tools ) for report generation. Upon testing the connection for the Data Source in database, the reply is this: " IO Exception : The Network Adapter could not the establish the connection. " Any suggestion or help is most welcome ... ?
