My problem right now is that these files might come in in any wave format, but as I only need a very granular view on it, I want to stripe it down to PCM, 8000hz, 8bit, mono. My problem is: i have to use the JDK 1.4.2 and am not allowed to use any other provided packages like e.g. the announced ones on jsresources. http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=4916960 Has anybody a good hint on how to manage this?
