Greetings--
My son just signed up for a programming course in Java at the local
community college. He needs the latest copy of Java on his computer.
He does not have an internet connection on his PC. I tried manually
downloading a copy of the installation program (manual d/l) from
Java.com, but it appears to be only an installation program (about 1.3
MB). Is there anyplace I can download a copy of the whole Java
installation, so that he can install it without an internet connection?

Thank-you. I NEVER could have found that by myself.
It was buried.
