Best place I know of is the "Generics" forum at the JDC forums site: http://forum.java.sun.com/ We keep asking them to add a "Beta" forum, but it never happens. In fact, lately their policy seems to be to get rid of any forums that people actually use, while adding lots of new forums that no one wants.
